What is included in the monthly course fee?
Each plan includes scheduled class sessions, printed materials or workbooks, and periodic progress assessments. Private sessions also include a lesson plan tailored to your goals. Additional exam preparation materials may carry a separate fee, which we disclose upfront.
Do you offer a trial class before enrolling?

How do I pay for my course?
Payments can be made in cash at our academy or via bank transfer. Monthly plans are billed at the start of each month, while private sessions can be paid per session or in a prepaid block, whichever suits your budget.
What happens if I miss a class?
For group classes, missed sessions can often be made up in another group at a similar level, subject to availability. For private lessons, we ask for 24 hours' notice to reschedule without losing the session.
Can I switch between languages or plans later?
